Are you feeling hungry try this

So I haven't been on here a long time 11 years since I was sleeved - I read several posts of newbies saying they feel hungry I have responded to a few but after I saw a repeat of so many I thought I would post my experience as I still suffer from this occasionally- acid sometimes mimics hunger- try an acid blocker Prilosec check with your doctor first of course but has always helped me - best to you all you can do this it is so worth it

So true, especially in the beginning. It is hard to distinguish between the acid and hungar. I always took an antacid to make sure before eating.

Nexium is that the same? Didn't know that heart burn could trigger hunger

I'm not sure if nexium is the same but our little stomach still create acid sometimes the acid in your stomach feels like hunger and the acid causes heartburn I would check the active ingredient in both or ask your doctor . It really helped me
