It's never too LATE

I am also one of those "lost" sheep that is finding their way back to the herd. I am a VSGr though (cross posted on RNY board). But it doesn't matter what you had done, you had it done for the same reason. It isn't quite the same dynamics since our surgeries are different .. but the head game is the same.. today is day 2 for me here. I sporadically have charted on MFP .. today will be a complete journal. It's never too late to get your head back together. I read a quote recently.. sort of like, failure isn't failing..not getting back up is..

True Words! I'm still striving to reach goal. I've strayed from program, and after numerous attempt, I'm finally on track and losing weight steadily.
