Under 50 pounds to Goal Weight
Good morning VSGers,
Instead of sharing a question I wanted to share my success so far. As many of you know I had my surgery this past September where I was over 300 pounds. My highest weight was 336, God even saying that number it seems so far away now like it was someone else. Now 9 months after my surgery I am 222 only 47 pounds away from my personal goal weight. A weight loss of 114 all in under a year. I hope that anyone debating getting this surgery reads this and realises that it is possible.
