Stuck at the 230 mark

I'm roughly at 900-1000 calories I think I'm going to drop all carbs and sugars and get back to my 800 calorie days.

You are perfectly maintaining a weight of 230lbs.

Listen to the advice here on how to start losing again. This is a lifelong journey and you have learned a good lesson.

At almost 15 years out, I'm still logging and watching my carbs/intake every day because I could be 230lbs and very comfortable eating at that level IF I were happy there, but I'm not, so I have to eat considerably less.

You are in the honeymoon period, make the most of it to get to the weight you want, THEN you can experiment with what you can eat to maintain at that level.
