Question of the day: What have you tried post WLS that clearly did not work for you to maintain or lose weight?
My QOTD answer: Having a perfectionist attitude towards eating. This led to yo-yo dieting and feeling like if I'm not eating perfectly I might as well eat cookies!
Meal 1: half and half in my coffee
Meal 2: smoked salmon and seaweed
Meal 3: egg salad with cucumber slices
Meal 4: Whatever I make for dinner for my family
Meal 5: Small piece dark chocolate with chai
Height: 5'5" SW: 222 lbs CW: 122 lbs
QOTD: Increasing my carbs... Yup, just can't do that.
Menu:
Coffee, coffee, coffee!! (coffee is life! )
B: Protein bar with coffee
S: Protein Shake/coffee mix
L: Chicken breast w/mayo & mustard in a low carb wrap (3 net carbs)
S: Low Carb Yogurt
D: Not sure, we have agility class tonight with the corgis!
S: Fruit (berries or a pear!)
Water Goals for the day 96oz (1/3 of the way there!)

Meal One: 1 oz grilled salmon + 1 oz grilled cauliflower
Meal Two: 2 oz grilled salmon + 1.5 oz spring mix salad greens + 1 tbsp low-cal vinaigrette
Meal Three: Dutch chocolate flavoured protein powder + instant decaf coffee + benefibre + water + ice smoothie
QTOD: Like the poster above, carbs slow me down.
