I felt like I got hit by a truck

I returned back to work for one day after being out for 7 weeks and I had to request a couple of days off

I don't lift anything but I felt like I had no energy

I think it varies from person to person

I had a job as a secretary and went back to work 2 weeks after surgery. I was tired for the next couple of weeks but other than that was fine. If you have to be on your feet a lot it might be difficult and you may need to take some breaks to sit for a bit. Best of luck!

My job was very active as a corporate trainer when I had my surgery and I was so grateful to take off 8 weeks. It took me a good six weeks before I felt like myself again, and I spent the final two weeks working out a routine with hydration/food/etc. that was good with my work schedule.
