I'm stuck.

First of all, a stall around a month out is quite common and this will occur several times over the next year.

Next, ditto what everyone else said about cheerios and crackers. They are doing nothing but filling you up without actually "feeding" your body what it needs.

Finally, I notice that all you're eating is processed foods. Since you've turned over a new leaf, make a new goal to be in full control over what you're eating by making it yourself from scratch. That way you avoid the chemical ****storm of these fake low carb low fat (low flavor) foods. Focus on whole foods, real spices and flavorings, and cook them yourself.

For soup, make a big ol pot of something high in protein. Ladle it into an ice cube tray (transfer cubes to a bag to store once frozen) and pull out a couple of cubes at a time to reheat as you need it.

For crunchy cravings, look to nuts, toast kale shredded cheese for chips.

When you are ready to add meat, start with the tenderest meat possible. Think crock pot tender. Same goes for veggies at first. Crisp-tender may be painful for a while, but overcooked and soft will be easily received.
