Has anyone found a yogurt brand that is nondairy, but also low sugar and high protein?? I can find nondairy, but loaded with sugar. I make yogurt, but that is the dairy version. My nondairy version is thin and at the moment I don't have time to find/refine recipes to get it closer to what I am looking for.

I have not seen such a thing as most non-dairy yogurt seems pretty low protein. Maybe you could add protein powder to the non-dairy yogurt of your choice?

Silken tofu + your own flavorings might be a good option too.

The non dairy I've found has always been ridiculously low in protein. I would recommend goat milk yogurt if you're sensitive.

Thanks everyone- I was hoping it just existed. I will take a look at a goat's milk yogurt. Just realized I can tolerate some goat cheese so that has potential.
