Tina, again I would say NO honey, especially this close to surgery.

Sugar and honey are interchangable except for trace nutrients in the honey. The point of Optifast is to reduce your liver so your surgeon has a clear field for surgery.

Decaf coffee has no calories -- its like water, except it is a bit dehydrating. Decaf is not synomous with adding sugar or honey.
