Good morning everyone. I am waiting for breakfast right now, and waiting for my glorious coffee. We only get to have two cups in the morning, and they are the best cups of my life I feel like. I'm pretty tired overall, but I didn't get too much sleep. My seroquil dosage being increased has a lot to do with how tired I am feeling right now.

I don't know if I have shared yet that I am in a residential facility for eating disorders now, so my eating is much different than it has been in the past. My diet and mental health is placed in the hands of an RD, a therapist, an MD, and my psychiatrist here. For once I have given up all control over my body and food and emotions and it's really scary.

Oh Mersh, I'm so glad you are where you feel safe and can get things sorted out. There is a great relief in letting someone else be in charge of you when you are truly struggling with your soul. My youngest (34) daughter has to be really supervised or she ends up at 100 lbs...right now she's at just under 200, with a supervised weight loss, lots of outside controls -- she has PCOS. I will be sending you positive energies, and keeping you in my prayers.

I love Springfield MO! We used to live in Columbia, but went there pretty often. And the Mark Twain forest is spectacular.

QOTD: Favorite place to visit that is within 300 miles of you Hard question. Probably up to see two of my daughters -- so Raleigh NC area. We always do something fun, even if its a project - lots of laughter, a little wine and sometimes pizza! Just the gift of them.

B: Protein shake with coffee (eating lightly because I have lunch with BFF today)

L: Taco salad with dressing on the side

S: Chobani yogurt

D: Protein shake

Seeing my friend is worth weird meals the rest of the day, and we spend about 3 hours eating and catching up.

Be well, dear one!

Good morning. I have given up coffee this week. Lately, when I have 1 iced coffee a day, I have reflux and it wakes me up at night. Apparently it irritates my esophagus. When I don't have it, I'm good. Wahhhhhhh.

QOTD: Lake Dennison State Park - it is about an hour from my house and it's where we do 90% of our camping. The place hasn't changed one leaf in 30 years. It's bare minimum, wooded sites, a basic bathhouse and a beautiful lake with no motorized vehicles allowed. There is no alcohol allowed (they turn a blind eye to those using a red solo cup and not getting out of hand). It's my happy place.

B: stacy's naked chips with peanut butter

L: soup (homemade)

D: nothing planned, so maybe 1/2 a baked potato from Wendy's with cheese an broccoli

E: will walk even though it's COLD.

Hiya! I didn't leave the house at all yesterday because I got into a really great groove with school and then didn't want to get out of it. So I stayed up too late and didn't even cook dinner. Oops. I got a lot accomplished, though!

Today I've got more school on the docket. Go go go!

QOTD: The area where my high school is, where my mom lives, where I plan on moving in 202. I love it. I love the walkability and the trees and the farmers markets and everything.

1: protein shake (but I've been drinking it for like an hour now... I should fini****)
2: eggs, cheese, slice of toast
3: pork tenderloin with hoisin and broccoli

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: unlikely

Good morning! Letting go of control is one of the hardest things to do Mersh, but sometimes allowing others to take over is an opportunity to let your mind and body heal. I have no doubt that your strength and resilience is going to get you through this!

Well today is Friday, so that means taking my mom to the casino:-) We are supposed to get a lot of snow on Sunday and Monday, so going to the grocery store tomorrow is a must! I am not a Super Bowl fan, but I do like the half time shows so I will probably make something special for Sunday.

QOTD-Glacier National Park, it's only 35 miles from me and it is one of the most spectacular places to visit. When the north and middle fork of The Flathead River give way to the melting snow in the spring, that is the best time to go. If you are there at just the right time you might get a glimpse of Grizzly and Black bears coming out of hibernation:-)

B-1/2 Quest protein bar

L-Scrambled eggs with cheese

S-Hot tea

D-Taco Salad

E-Hike with Emmy

I hope everyone has a great Friday!

Hello all- Happy Friday!!!!! I'm looking forward to the weekend the temperature is supposed to increase!

QOTD: My favorite destination within 300 miles has to be Sandusky, Ohio. I usually go several times throughout the year. This area is full of campgrounds, water parks and of course cedar point. It's like a mini vacation!

this is going to sound horrible but 2/1 was my birthday (thats a good thing but it's not horrible) i binged on some foods because i had a small crisis. I ate candy, ordered out, and outside food was what i would eat. But if I were on my meal plan regime

this is what it would look like.

Breakfast(Monday/Wednesday/alternate days):

1 cinnamon raisin english muffin, one mozzarella string cheese, and 2 hb eggs.

Breakfast(Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday):

1 whole wheat toast slice, 2tsp butter, 1 sargento cheddar cheese stick, and 2 hb eggs.

Lunch (alternate days)

turkey breast cheddar cheese sandwiches

(onion, lettuce, tomato, light mayo)

Thats just a sample.
