My first milestone

I know I havent posted on here for a while. Life gets hectic sometimes.

I survived my first holidays post op. It had it's moments of struggles but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be.

I had always said that numbers didn't matter to me and that my goal was to feel good but on day 90 post op I got under 400lbs for the first time in a long time and for the first time with the confidence that I will stay there.

To anybody preop or fresh post op with fears and doubts please know that while those fears and doubts are very real it's worth it. Every day I feel like I have been reborn.

Thank you to all of those who have made this journey before me and took the time to share their stories and offer the advice that helps us get through this.

This is great news. When I dipped under 400 lbs I think I balled my eyes out. It's an incredible feeling. You're doing good work. I know the Holidays can be hard, but it sounds like you were able to get through them despite some struggles.
