Dear Pre-VSGers, newcomers, lurkers, I give you my post-op blog.

I am 1 week post-op and I've written a fairly detailed blog about my experience. If you are debating on taking the final step, curious about Mexicali Bariatric Center (MBC), or just bored and want a quick read, please check it out.

I realize i am not the first, nor the last to do this. I also know there are others out there like me who like multiple opinions before making a choice. I chose MBC because the States requirements are so high they laughed me out of the office. I needed help and was met with eye-rolling and pats on the head telling me to work out more. MBC worked with me with no shaming, they were affordable, and they encouraged me every step to achieve this tool to start living a healthy life.
