Good morning! It is pouring outside and Justice is shaking in my lap. Florida thunderstorms seriously frighten this little boy possibly because he was probably out in a few when he was a stray. Luckily I got him outside to do his business before it started because he absolutely won't go out in the rain even if he is completely full up. No walking with my group today, but it is nice to have an excuse to have a quiet day sometimes.

QOTD: On a scale of 1-10 how funny would you say you are? I am sorry to say I am about a 1. I guess I'm just too serious in my head. I struggle to even repeat a joke someone else told me, though I really enjoy other people's humor. My mother had a great dry wit and I always wished I did too, which I told her in her last few days. She said "Well there were just so many things in life you had to laugh about".

It was pouring here this morning, but it seems to have subsided a little bit. Definitely not a day to run outside, regardless!

I've had some setbacks this week, so I'm a day (or two) behind where I wanted to be with my schoolwork at this point. I was absolutely exhausted yesterday and ended up taking a two hour nap.. I never take naps. :/ So today I'll work on school as much as possible to catch up. Unclear if I'll want to take the time to go to the gym to run, I'm thinking not. Which is a bummer since that half marathon is going to be here before I know it. (Although who knows what will happen with that race should the shutdown still be in effect.)

QOTD: My mom would probably say I'm a 10 :P I think I'm in the 5-6 range maybe? I've got a fairly sarcastic sense of humor though, so I suppose it's all in the eye of the beholder.

1: protein shake - I missed my shake yesterday and that was sad times! I realize I'm probably one of the only people on OH who actually enjoys having a daily protein shake.
2: leftover horseradish roast beef salad
3: asian chicken wonton cups - This recipe seems like it's an egg roll in a bowl type recipe, but then baked in muffin tins in wonton skins.

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: we'll see. I should run and yoga, but I might just yoga.

Hello all- I?m in north east Ohio and it?s wet and cold here! I don?t mind the cold but the rain on top of it is awful.

QOTD: I would give myself a 3-4. I don?t think I?m that funny but I do believe you have to laugh to keep from crying. My brother on the other hand is hilarious and most of the time it?s not intentional- it?s so fun how he reacts to things!

M1: Italian sausage

M2: 2 hard boiled eggs

M3: Italian sausage

S1: Greek yogurt

Yep - cold and rain is the worst! Cold and snow is actually way better IMO.
