Shrimp Ideas???
I have a large bag of frozen shrimp from Sams.... I know they are good with salads (not in salad mood). Just wondering if any of you have any good tips on what I can do with all this shrimp? Thought about dipping them in salsa. ?? Appreciate any ideas or recipes to go with all this shrimp. Thank you in advance!!

Creole style
Saute onions, celery, bell pepper in butter until softened
Remove from pan, add a bit more fat (butter, oil) on high heat
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, cayenne, oregano, paprika, garlic
Saute 2-3 on one side, turn over and add vegetables
Serve with anything you like
Spaghetti squash, veggie noodles, pasta, rice, quinoa
Would be great dipped in remoulade
I like them pan roasted -- PAM a baking pan, spread out and add your favorite veggies - I like squash, julienne carrots etc. I light spray them on top, and then season.
I like Tony Cachere's Cajun seasoning, or just salt pepper and thyme.
And a squeezee of fresh lime juice.

Here are a few of my favorites!
- Cook, chill, and make shrimp ****tail with sauce
- Sautee in olive oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning mix
- Sprinkle with cajun seasoning mix and bake
- Make ceviche (lime juice, onion, avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, EVOO)
- Chop them and put them in crustless quiche with spinach and bacon

I love them pan sautéed with a little pesto.
I also love them roasted in the oven with olive oil, salt and pepper and garlic.
If you have an Aldi, they sell a jar of artichoke salad that is artichokes, roasted red pepper and green olives. I saute the shrimp, drain the jar and add the jar of stuff to the pan along with some garlic. Amazing flavor!
The other day I made a seafood broil with shrimp, mussels, and corn. I cooked the corn a little on the stove top, then threw it all in a pan, added butter, and sprinkled with a good amount of old bay, then put the broiler on. It was a total hit. Shrimp had shells, don't think it would have turned out as good without shells. I also made hush puppies for the fam. Felt like I was at a seafood restaurant.
