Liquid Diet - 2 Week Trial
A list....oh that's a really great idea! I'll try that. My family has been great and thoughtful by not eating any junk food around me and at work I respectfully moved the junk food out of my sight. I also started working on some crafts at night time to keep my hands busy; that seems to help too.
Exercising at night worked great for me- kept me away from the fridge and when done never felt like eating. If you can exercise (even just going for a walk- that was most of what I did) it reeaaalllly helps.
