Good morning and thanks for starting us off!
We are back in the cold Northeast, but I am enjoying the fireplace and my coffee with Justice and Lavender this morning. They took up as if we never left: Interested in each other but no fear or chasing as we had in the first day or two after Lavender first arrived.
Thank you all for the good travel wishes. They worked!
QOTD: I got DH a stationary bike and a water fountain for Florida. Two of my kids got a trip to visit us in Florida and one (who already lives there) is getting a contribution towards a very artistic wooden bowl. Easy this year, except for stocking stuffers. I need a couple more items for those.

Good morning all!
I am really working on increasing my daily activity. I am officially a year out and now I have begun to think to myself- "what changes have you made to ensure success". I can admit that I do not exercise as I should- and I have to change that. I find now I think about the "what if I gain weight"! I read the regain blogs and I remind myself- this is not it- I have to stay committed to my protein first and weighing my food. Its so easy to slip back to old habits! Now on to the QOTD.
QOTD: I do not not have a significant other. My daughter wants a bedroom suite so she'll receive that. I buy gifts for my aunts and they all will receive a case of paper towels- Lol! Seems weird but, one of my aunts gives out a case of toilet paper each year. It's such a practical gift- everybody needs it and I figured I would follow suit this year and give gifts that I know will be used.

Sorry I've been MIA, the flu shot did not agree well with me at all and I've been very very sick since.

We don't buy tons of things for one another but DH got me a garbage disposal and is installing it once I'm able to get up and walk around again. I ordered him a stereo for his truck since his has gone bad but unfortunately he went to get the mail off the porch and found it already lol.
