I think you're safe as long as you're using a utensil. Once you get into the realm of scooping it out of the jar with your finger... that's when you need to examine your life choices ;)

Good morning,

Qotd like today, it's 33 but feels like 23 out there. I usually stay inside as much as I can during the winter months unless we have a warm season during it. If I have to be outside then I wear lots of layers.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D turkey and green bean casserole

S a piece of zucchini bread

Good morning,

It was a long, hard day yesterday. I am so grateful that today is a fresh start:-)

QOTD-My dog Emmy has trouble walking or even just going outside to pee when the temp is anything below 10 degrees. If it is above that we still walk or hike everyday. As long as I have my Yaktrax on we can pretty much go anywhere the snow isn't deeper than her! So "super cold" is 10 and below:-)

B-1/3 cup granola, 2 sugar cookies(I know) and coffee, lots of it.

L-Tuna with mayo and pickles

S-Hot tea(adding MCT oil since I missed it for breakfast)

D-No idea

E-Hike with Emmy in 30 minutes

Now that I'm post-op I figured I would join in on the "Whatcha Eating" fun...

B: Premier Protein Clear

S: 2 slices of hard salami

L: Low-fat Tuna Salad

S: 1/2 container of Greek Yogurt

D: Soft Scrambled Egg (1) with low-fat mozzarella cheese

E: 30 minutes elliptical (slow pace) at the YMCA; 40 minutes walking during lunch
