"Watcha Eating VSG'ers?" Friday, November 23 2018

Good morning! I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving! Mine was nice, met some new people that I liked right away and the food was terrific. My pies turned out lovely:-)

Taking my mom to the casino today, always on Fridays. I am leaving my money at home except for a set amount I am willing to part with. I haven't found another way for her to get there without me, so I will just keep taking her until the weather keeps us from it.

QOTD-Do you participate in "Black Friday?"

I do not, but I have a cousin and her daughter that take it very seriously. They have a list with the location and times that each store open. They don't even go to bed Thanksgiving eve!

B-1/3 cup granola, bullet coffee

L-1/2 cup Fage yogurt with sf applesauce and pecans

S-Hot Tea

D-TBD

E-Hike with my dog before the snow comes!

B - 1/2 a single serve greek yogurt + 1 egg + 1 tbsp ricotta cheese

S - protein shake

L - 1/3 can tuna + 1 tsp mayonnaise

D - probably 1oz turkey breast + protein shake

E - 3km walk

QOTD: Canadians don't actually have a Black Friday, but recent years have shown alot of stores starting to copy or get on the U.S tradition bandwagon. Either way, it a bonus for us, but I'm doing online shopping only today because am not in the mood for crowds :)

QOTD: I love to shop online because I am NEVER in the mood for crowds hahaha. I've done a big chunk of my Christmas shopping already and have started wrapping everything up. I still have a bit more to do, so we'll see if I have time to browse while I'm working tonight.

FOOD: Jenny Craig menu

had a very productive day...finally cleaned out the "den" which had become a disaster when my husband built shelves into the closet. Hope to paint this week. Also took down all the mxas decorations from the attic and hope to get my son to put up outside lights today. Supposed to be high 40s so a good day for it.
