Thanks for the response! The #teamnosleep situation is slowing getting better as my little guy starts to sleep a little longer at night. I'm still nursing so it probably going to be awhile before my hormones and sleep habit are back to normal, but they are headed that direction.

Have you found intermittent fasting to work for you? And I'm curious about the apple cider vinegar . . .what's the purpose of that before meals?

Yes, intermittent fasting works great! Taking vinegar before a meal seems to decrease the insulin response to a meal - studies referenced here: https://idmprogram.com/the-benefits-of-vinegar-hormonal-obesity-xxviii/
