Good morning! In my opinion Mersh, sleep deprivation has far more side effects than Ambien. You may only need it until your body adjusts to a good sleep schedule.

Took a wonderful hike with Emmy yesterday, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Today it's cold and raining, a good day for indoor projects!

QOTD-For the first 2 years after surgery I relied heavily on eggs every which way I could use them. In the past 3 months I started having allergic like reactions to them. Feeling like my heart is racing, short of breath and my lips get numb. I have never had food allergies, but I think I have developed one to eggs. This does not happen if I eat something that contains eggs, only when I eat them alone...strange. I have my yearly physical next month, I will mention it.

B-1/3 cup granola, bullet coffee

L-5%Fage with 1/2 pear and slivered almonds

S-Hot Tea

D-Leftover crock pot mushroom chicken

E-Walk with Emmy if it stops raining

Have a great Friday!

That is very strange, Kristi, I have something similar with raw onions. I have mild allergic like reactions to them raw, but cooked I am okay. Sometimes I wonder if it is in my head, since I don't know how different raw to cooked could be.

Yep, strange for both of us! I have never had a food allergy in my life. Google said it's rare to have an egg allergy as an adult, but an intolerance is more likely. All I know is how I felt after I had my last serving of eggs, I was on the couch for 2 hours:-)

Good, evening all! Today was last day of class and Monday start testing. Yay!

QOTD: Can't do eggs yet. Next week I get to start on them. Pre-surgery my go to was always mushroom and cheese omelets or over easy over riced cauliflower. I'm praying my tastes don't change that much.
