Hey everyone!

Been forever since I've posted in here. I've been posting on fb groups lately but not getting many answers I know alot of you are sleeve veterans so maybe you can help!

So I'm basically 10 months out and I've been stalled for about 3 months. The last month the scale hasnt moved the 2 before it moved 2 3 lbs. So ive tried upping my fluid intake, upping my protein and the scale doesnt move.

Last week I had oral surgery so I figured hey I'll do a pouch reset. My new stomach cant handle any protein shakes. I've tried them all and they all leave me feeling sick and sitting like lead.

So any suggestions on how I can do a pouch reset? Or any suggestions to jump start my weightloss. I'm honestly at a loss I get about 1,000 calories a day. My doctor told me to not eat so much cheese so I've limited it significantly.

I'm just really frustrated and feel like I should've gone with bypass.. my original goal was 150 and all my doctors said that was too low, so now my goal is 160 165.

Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated!

You probably need to eat less calories. Honestly, I need to eat 600 to 800 tops to lose weight. You could also up your exercise. Bypass wouldn't make a difference, the surgery is not magic - it's what you put in your mouth and basically weight loss is science.

Also you don't say how tall you are, but if you want to get to 150, then do it. Eat less, exercise more and make good choices. good luck!

Are you still counting calories and nutrients of everything you put in your mouth? Emphasizing protein? What is your exercise routine and is there something you could do to pu**** a little further?

If the scale hasn't moved in 3 months, you are eating as many calories as you are burning. If you want to lose, you'll have to eat less.

Are you weighing and loghing, precisely, every bite you eat? If you aren't, you are just guessing at those 1,000 calories. The best thing you can do is use a food scale, and log every bite.

The less you weigh, the finer the line is between maintaining and losing.

All meat, all week. Weigh and track every single thing you put in your mouth using something like MyFitnessPal.

If your weight hasn't moved in 3 months, you're eating at maintenance levels. So you need to cut your calories back. The only way you can do that effectively is if you're tracking everything you consume.

Every morning I make a choice. Will I lose or maintain or gain?

It all comes down to what I put in my mouth.
