Only 2 days left in September, then it is really fall (October)! It is pouring here today so after yoga I think I will do bills then hibernate.

QOTD: Have you had pets in your lifetime and if so which was your favorite? Until recently the beagle we had from 1987-2004 was my favorite. She was so smart and sweet. But Justice is taking over (and is smart and sweet as well).

2.5 Years post-op (maintaining below goal for 22 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Tuna, pickles and cottage cheese

D: leftover BBQ (from dinner out last night with DD)

S: homemade cottage cheese

Awww, i just love pics of pups! So cute. I had labs this morning and my dr apt with bariatric surgeon on monday. I went dress shopping yesterday and what a reality check. Ugh. All my frozen custard this summer is rearing it's ugly head - or should I say my ugly rear. Time to get myself in check.

QOTD: I had a frenchie that I loved so much and we lost him at 15 months. My heart still breaks. Now I have my Reggie and I couldn't love him more. He is the most loving, sweetest dog.

B: 1/2 bagel, cored and toasted w cc (ok, not in check yet)

L: Idk

D: Going out to celebrate kids' birthdays. Probably a steak

Raining so no walking, drinking liquids good

Hey all! I can't believe either how quickly fall is upon is. This week after work I am decorating my home for Halloween, yay! I have some lights from last year and a big blow up raccoon dressed as a pumpkin. I am going to go to the thrift store to find pieces for my costume if I can. I want to dress as Alice in Wonderland while giving out candy to the kids.

QOTD: I have had tons of animals through the years! I would say it's hard to pick a favorite, but I do have one. Kiki, my last dog. She was a blue-nose pit and I loved her so much and miss her. She wasn't very old when I had to put her down, but she was not a healthy dog.

Hi All! Hope everyone has had a great week! Not sure what I'm eating today for one meal it might be out? Have an appointment with my Pulmonologist; I actually have two at the same office that I see a father and daughter team! I am so hopeful that today they will tell me I do not need to come back or at least not for a year like my cardio did! So crossing my fingers and toes! lol

QOTD: Have you had pets in your lifetime and if so which was your favorite? Well, I've loved all my pets but I suppose it was Poncho, I grew up with him and told him all my secrets! Now of course I have Boo kitty and she hears my secrets and she is a great service cat, yep service - she tells me when timers in the kitchen go off and if someone is at our door etc. because I have limited hearing, she will actually paw me!

That's cool - I didn't know that cats were trained as service animals!

She seemed to have figured it out early on and trained herself... she is a very unique cat, she turns my laptop off when she feels I'm on too long I guess lol and when I am sick she hovers around me instead of going off to her perch in the sun and every so often she paws my face I guess to make sure I'm alive... People are shocked when they see her in action when a timer goes off or the tea kettle whistles or something... it's nice!
