Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday September 17, 2018
Yeah, I had a croissant a day in Paris and in Ireland I had a piece of brown bread a day. I love both and never have them at home, but I thought I should enjoy them while on the trip. I didn't eat a lot at meals though. I generally had eggs and maybe a little ham in the morning and in Paris we ate at cafes for lunch and dinner where the meals are really appetizer size. I ate a lot of salmon in Scotland and Ireland. I skipped the potatoes all around. In Ireland there were usually 2 types of potato at each meal and in Paris there were always French fries.

Hi all! I'm into my 2nd week post-op, day 11. QOTD: iMessage, Email, and iCalendar. Wow, I sound pretty boring!?
Breakfast: Cappuccino flavored protein drink
snack: 2oz. Light Vanilla Greek yogurt
Lunch: hummus (This was my first time trying this since surgery, and it upset my tummy a bit. Plus, it's harder to eat without something to dip in it!)
Afternoon snack: Another Cappuccino flavored protein drink
Dinner: I may blend some canned chicken and light mayo for a chicken salad-like meal.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!
