6am PDT and no menu thread? Hope you don?t mind a noob starting it.

QOTD: If you could be imbued with super powers based on an animal, what animal would you choose? I?d choose cat power: agility, balance, grace, ferocity, the ability to escape even the tightest situations, and the power to nap at will.

Just over 3 months our:

B - coffee, Isopure, fairlife milk

L - going to a Mediterranean place with a friend. Will probably get kabob and grilled veggies

D - leftover Mediterranean

Thanks for starting the thread. Sometimes I think about doing it and can't come up with a QOTD. Happy it's Friday and I'm working at home - win win!

QOTD: I'd take bird power - i want to fly!

B: english muffin with cheddar cheese, pumpkin iced coffee

L: I think salad with garden tomato, cukes and maybe some tuna for protein

D: we are experiencing end of season sick of everything syndrome, haha. Ready for some winter foods!

so - idk

E: temp dropped about 30 degrees as did the dewpoint so a walk for sure! The dogs are insane already today

L/V: on track - even though the coffee is caffeinated

Happy Friday everyone! I feel like I am finally back in the swing of things after two long weekends close together. Getting off a little bit early today to take Nyah to her first theater class at our local theater. She is so excited!

QOTD: I would take the powers of the wood thrush. Since it's a bird, obviously flight is the most important thing. But it also has a beautiful song. So the power of flight, and the power to sing!

b Coffee and protein

L - yogurt and almonds

d - chicken and pesto

e - Yoga and strength training

One of my granddaughters (the youngest lol) is 12 and she has been doing town theater for years now and LOVES it! So I bet Nyah will also. Be sure to let us know what she thinks about it!

Hi All! Thanks for jumping on and doing this today, I've thought about it before but never think of a QOTD! Just getting home from MORE labs and the sad part is, they could not do all the labs so I have to go to the hospital on Monday and get the rest (fancy tubes my clinic lab does not have) I am getting tired of all these labs.

QOTD: If you could be imbued with super powers based on an animal, what animal would you choose? I'm not sure? I'd say a Cheetah or maybe an Eagle but actually a Wolf they are powerful and wise.

Week 10

Water, water, water!

M1: after fasting for labs took a P3 Turkey, Bacon, Colby-Jack

M2: of my sisters American Club (no bread)

M3: SF Sea Salt Caramel Coffee

M4: not sure maybe the other ¼ of the Club from M2

M5: Sirloin Tip Roast and Rainbow Baby Carrots (eat today or freeze)

M6: Not sure IF hungry String Cheese

Hey all! Starting out my work weekend. Cold weather is setting in, so time to get out the warm under scrub tops I bought!

QOTD: Hm, I would take on the powers of a sea urchin. Don't laugh. They can live well over 200 years. I want to have a couple hundred years and experience all the life I can.

I love your animal! Have you ever watched Blue Planet 2 - Coral Reefs? Close up shots of sea urchins eating. It is incredibly cool!
