Happy September! Finally back from our family vacation and took a couple extra days to rest up. We all had a great time! Have a great trip Liz! Look forward to hearing all about it. I was so nervous about gaining on vacation but I actually lost 5 lbs. In 2 months I have lost 18 lbs and am feeling great and people can finally see a difference. Today is my Grandpops 82nd birthday so my family went over to his house and had a BBQ for him.

QOTD - This is a really hard question! I love to shop but buy more for the kids than I do myself. I would have to say our sectional couch in the living room. It was worth every penny and it is so comfortable. Everyone that comes over always says our couch is the most comfy and want to sleep on it.

B - coffee and Caramel Premier protein

L - Cheeseburger and some baked beans at the BBQ

D - Some fruit (cantaloupe and watermelon) bc I wasn't hungry at all

Liz, you're on a plane right now. Excited to hear about your trip!

I'm tardy to the menu party, but what the heck. There's a cold moving through our house and I woke up with a headache and a feeling like I was succumbing. I went for a swim in our cold pool and it helped. Wonder if the chilly water fought some of the inflammation brought on by the virus. Headache is back and I'm super sleepy from it all. Hope I get a second wind, because I want to clean my closet or I'll feel like I squandered today.

B - leftover cheesey refried beans

L - 2/3 premier protein shake and coffee

D - leftover carne asada steak, brought back to life with a skillet, olive oil and salt and pepper. It was so much, I split it with both kids. Also had more beans.

S - not sure I'll get there. So sleepy and full now! I'll go tally my protein and if I'll short, will probably have some protein shake.

HW: 260 - SW: 250

GW (Surgeon): 170 - GW (Me): 150

Qotd. I bought so much thus year... an rv, a new kitchen, a new car too. My favorite i guess is the kitchen. Yes, I'm broke now lol
