Hi All... Hope everyone is having a great Day! That is a beautiful picture Liz of you and your Mr. thank you for sharing it with us.
QOTD: What sport would you compete in if you were in the Olympics? Well interesting question. Hmm well I'm a very good swimmer, but I'm also extremely good at hitting a target center-point... so I suppose I'd pick Archery.

What a great photo! Happiness radiating! We had to go help a friend leave the hospital this morning, so we're a bit off schedule. Fortunately we could pack up a "to go" of healthy snacks for her to take home and avoid shopping. She's doing well, but at 85 you never now.
QOTD: What sport would you compete in if you were in the Olympics? Curling. I used to ice skate, but have 24/7 vertigo; I used to do dressage but same problem. Curling looks like bowling with ice, a broom, a rock.....

Happy belated anniversary! You look beautiful, Liz and you both look so happy. I'm glad you had a great time. What a view, I'm always jealous of your ocean!
It's sort of a weird, lazy day today. I'm a bit tired since its raining. Any time it storms my body thinks its nap time. I took my friend out again, she wanted to go a second time this week, which is fine, but she worries me at times. She is older than my grandmother by a bit, and lives all alone in a home with too many things. She is definitely a hoarder, but a hoarder of purchased items, not trash. I worry about how she has been speaking when we part, she hold my hand and hugs me hard and tells me how much she loves me. It is the way she says it that worries me. Maybe I am reading too much into it, but I still worry.
I will maybe add a protein bar to get some calories in, for now its pretty sparse. I mean, for dinner my plan is cold chicken out of the fridge lol. I'll see if I can make it a little better!
edit: I'm missing an egg from breakfast
Congratulations, Liz, you guys look great!!
Not eating much today, miserable pressure headache and just trying to stay still and take pain meds...gotta love pain meds!!
QOTD: The only sport I ever actually played was volleyball, so I'd say probably that would be the Olympic sport. However, my favorite to watch is downhill and alpine skiing, so that would be my first choice. The fact that I do not know how to ski is irrelevant since it's hypothetical anyway, right? lol
B, L, D: Very little...my head hurts :(
Water and vites on track
E: NO
I hope you are feeling better today Cathy!
