Feeling full

I'm not sure what 1/4th cup of food looks like. Measuring cups for food are really inaccurate, imo. Weighing your food is the most accurate. It's hard to see how you are eating with that measurement.
I am 15 months out and I can still only eat one fourth a cup of meat I can't eat the vegetables because they make me very gassy. I see other people's plates and I think how can they eat all that one I can only get one fourth cup of food in me has anybody else had these problems?
it is not really a problem, it is what the surgery is designed to do.
Why did you have surgery if you didn't want to severely limit the amount of food you can eat so you can lose weight?
This isn't a problem :) Although I do recommend weighing your food vs. using cups.
