Sleeved 6 1/2 years ago... now learning about revision options...

I've not had optifast, but I have heard the shakes are not a favorite for many. Any chance they'd let you do a different shake?

My hospital used to do optifast but they switched to HMR. The HMR shakes are DELICIOUS... like, my kids enjoy them as snacks sometimes. But the program isn't as restrictive as optifast (I think) so it might not be the more extreme program the you are wanting right now.

Have you heard of endoscopic revision? It's pretty new to me but I saw my doctor/his hospital offer it. It isn't really a surgery, per se, because there are no incisions... but they do put you under for it. It is to tighten the sleeve if it has gotten enlarged.
