Protein powder
Any good 100 percent whey protein isolate protein powder has all the nutrition you need. Adding nuts, peanut butter, etc is going to boost the fat and calories by a lot. Way too many calories for me. Similarly, others add fruiut, such ssbvananas, to their protein shakes. Tge extra caliries just defeat the purpose, and slow down weight loss.
What you mix the protein powder in makes a difference. Whole milk has a lot of calories, carbs and fat. Skim milk is better. I think almond milk is lower.
Mixing powder in water gas the fewest calories, fat and carbs. But most powders taste nasty in water. Some, like Syntrax Nectar are meant for water. They have fruit punch, lemonade, tea, coffee, etc flavors. Those give you the most protein per calorie ratio.

I'm allergic to cow's whey, so I usually use egg white protein powder. One scoop/serving has 120 calories, 0g fat, 1g carbs, 25g protein.
I mix it with crushed ice, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 unsweetened almond milk, a splash of SF Torani chocolate syrup, and a tsp "chocolate peanut butter" flavouring powder from Canadian Protein, which has no sugar but does contain peanut butter powder.
I throw about 4-5 ice cubes into my Ninja blender first, whir them up, then add the shake ingredients. That way I get a decent amount of crunch from the crushed ice/ice chips in my shake.

What is the best low fat low carb protein powder?
I need to cut out fat... this is a example of my shake
Ankins shake
1tbps or 2 sf pudding any of kind
Ice
12 almond or peanuts
Sometimes a 1tbps of peanutbutter
I like the nuts cause of the crunch
Please help and thank you in advance ?
leave out the muts and the peanut butter and you won't have to worry about the powder.
The nuts are just adding fat to your shake, so not a great choice.
I like Optimum Nutrition double rich chocolate - it's 100% whey protein isolate. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk.
