Thank you to ALL who do this! I was afraid to early on, but you don't have to be far out to do it. Sometimes I feel like we are barely hanging on in this forum where RNY has tons of participants. Hopefully that will change over time as I know that where I live in the US, the VSG has been performed way more than RNY the last couple of years.

I LOVE hearing about everyone's lives, their NSVs and their struggles (as well as getting ideas on what to eat).

OMG I just looked on the RNY forum bc I never go on there and your right they have so many people that post on the menu forum. It's a shame more people don't post on the VSG menu thread. I will be honest there have been times that I thought about starting the menu thread because I was up early but was afraid someone would wonder why I'm doing it since I haven't been back to OH for that long. Insecurities are my own worst enemy. I will do one the next time I'm up early and there isn't a post yet. Thanks again for starting them. Thanks to Gwen and Mersh also!
