Happy Wednesday! Gwen thanks for posting and enjoy a much deserved break. Feeling yucky again today not sure what is going on but put a call in to the doctor. I need to be feeling better before our vacation in 2 weeks.

QOTD - Unfortunately, the kids TV programs theme songs get stuck in my head all the time. They are so annoying yet so catchy lol

B - coffee and protein

L - leftover turkey meatloaf

D - leftover turkey stuffed red pepper

S - Power Crunch chocolate mint protein bar

E - Ab exercises, 35 min elliptical

Height = 5'2 Age = 37 Surgery Date = August 13, 2012 HW = 231lbs LW = 131lbs

Regain SW = 209.6 CW = 191.2 Goal Weight = 157.6 lbs

The only way you will see results is if you stay consistent!
