Wow! Feeling great! 1wk post up! Weight loss no 300's

First, I want to thank each one of you that supporting me throughout my journey, by your replies.

I know I wasn't supposed to get on the scale but I did! I weigh 298.8. I'm out my 300's I loss 10 lbs in surgery day. I know I have a long way to go. I'm learning to celebrate and stay on track!

I'm still having pain but in time I will be pain free. I'm not sure why I'm have a hard time but I'm going out shopping with my son. I need to get out everyday I think this will help with my healing.

I'm going on a big family vacation to Las Vegas for 3 days my daughter and son first riding on a airplane at the ages 29 and 30. I might have to give them sleeping meds. for the plane lol
