Horizon BC/BS Blue Advantage HMO and Medicare

Hi! Does anyone have these insurances? I'm in NJ. Called BC/BS 3 times & can't get anyone that knows the answer to my questions. I want to know if I will owe anything out of pocket.

Also does anyone know the medical code for a VSG...the insurance code I guess it would be considered.

Even if other people here have those same providers, they may have different plans. Nobody here can answer your question. Unfortunately, you'll have to keep calling.

Do you have a copy of your benefit book? That will probably break down the coverage for the VSG. Your surgeon's office probably has an insurance coordinator who can take a look at that with you and help make a guess, but only the insurance office can provide definite answers.
