WHAT IS THE BEST PROTEIN SHAKE?

Like many others, I did Premier but then I decided to make my own shakes after buying a VSG book and the book (won't say its name because I don't want the advice looking like a plug) showing me how to make my own shake and putting the POWER into my own hands as far as what flavors and sugar to put into my own body. Never looked back afterwards. Right now, I most enjoy peanut butter chocolate shakes. Otherwise, I use vanilla protein powder and then put in strawberries, grapes, bananas, etc to make different shakes.

Firstly to do this (and make it a little easier), I always buy one chocolate and one vanilla Whey protein product. Then add an ingredient. For instance, Pbfit peanut powder and add that to the chocolate whey powder for an easy low sugar, low calorie shake. Now I don't have to worry about the crazy ingredients that manufacturers always add.

Just my two cents of advice.

Trying to lose weight and change my lifestyle! My main goal is 220.

While many people like the taste of Premier I find now that I am further out they don't satisfy me at all. Like drinking water.

Syntrax is a good brand.

If you buy from GNC or Vitamin Shoppe you can return open containers within 30 days with your receipt if you don't like it.
