Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Sunday, 7/1/2018

Hey all! Last night of work for me. Have not been stuck in one on ones all weekend, so that's been nice. Have actually gotten to work. Keeps me active and I have more energy through the night rather than sitting in a dark room.
Meals are pretty much identical to the night before! Prepping for these three work days makes things so quick. I won't bother screen capping the menu since I'm feeling lazy.
B- Overnight oats w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder. Fage 0%
Lunch- Salmon burger w/ half of a pita bread
Dinner- Pork tenderloin, sugarsnap peas
Snacks - Cashews, celery, maybe cheese.
QOTD: No..I should, though!
Yesterday was an odd day. I had a feeling of lots of gas in my sleeve all morning. Also did a lot of house cleaning. It was hot, so I just focused on hydration--hence, I was low on calories and protein yesterday. Feel ok today, though.
B - 4oz cottage cheese
L - Some simple chicken, red lentil, yellow lentil stew that I made in my instant pot on Thursday (with onion, garam masala and veggie broth).
D - Not sure. I slept in, so behind on hydration and protein. So probably a shake.
QOTD: Do you have any month "upkeep" tasks that you do at the end/beginning of every month? Hmm. Yes. I do my personal budget for the next month or 3 months, depends on what's going on. I do daily goals and journaling, and normally "assess" the month and spend some time figuring out what, at 66, I want or need to do.
- Breakfast - DISASTER We went somewhere new with our Sunday morning group. I had a no butter scrambled egg, which was fine. I had 1/2 piece crispy bacon (scrupulously patted free of grease) and decided a bite or 2 of a blueberry crepe was doable. Well, it also had cream cheese and for no reason I can understand, lemon. Toad froth hit; hasty exit and deathly ill all the way home.
- Lunch - not very interested in eating post breakfast
- Snack - sea salt almonds, decaf coffee with protein (not at the same time)
- Dinner - 1 thin slice Hungry Howie Hawaiian pizza, with light cheese.
- Bedtime -- haven't decided
So todays lesson. Maybe smell something before I eat it?? And my stomach doesn't take things personally, so I probably shouldn't either :)

Not really. I just take it a day at a time. I'm a procrastinator too, so maybe I should get things more on a schedule. Meh. I'm a one day at a time kinda person.
