Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Wednesday, June 27, 2018
Someone once told me they only buy snacks if they can afford to eat all of the servings in the container in one sitting. I often keep that in mind when I'm looking at packaging since I know I'm not to be trusted once I open a package.

Happy hump day. B. Flaxseed toast, iced coffee w vanilla swirl... they claim its all they have here. : /
L. About 1/3 baked potato from Wendys, 2 pina coladas
D. Restaurant w tasting menu... last night i was full by course 4 of 7, had to make my husband eat my food as it was too good to waste
Qotd...aruba has over 80 nationalities. I always thought out was mostly dutch

QOTD: I watched a video on paint pouring on YouTube. I had the stuff by chance and boom...made some pretty cool art! I think it's started a new thing for me. I have learned the true nature of people the past few days. While sobering it is also a very good thing. I am stronger for it.
B:protein shake
L: 2 ozs chicken breast with low cal Alfredo sauce and yogurt
D: small tomatoe with an oz of ranch tuna with a tbs of cheese on each half
S: 1 cup clear protein drink, homemade sugar free slushee, jello with sugar free whipped cream.
its so dang hot here, 101 last I heard, that exercise will not be till late this evening. No a/c in the basement where my stationary recline bike is.
