Good Morning All - Sorry havent made it here till now this week. Been busy. Yesterday was my one year surgiversary and I spent a lot of time reflecting on how much my life has changed for the better. I had no-one here to take a picture so will wait till the weekend and will do a photo post but Im happy. Best thing I ever did
Today isnt too busy, work then some Physio then likely taking my mum to visit a friend in hospital
QOTD: Sunshine and spending time outside always brings a smile to my face. As does spending time with my family

QOTD: What are some small things that make your day better? This forum! Y'all are supportive, helpful honest & kind. And I need to get my focus back on health, not food.

QOTD:
- Getting on the treadmill right after I get up always makes my day better. (9 day streak today!)
- A good breakfast (usually a protein shake) makes my day better.
- Not having to go to work ALWAYS makes my day better. LOL!

Posting late! I slept late of course and then I had therapy, so was on the go a good while today. Have been trying to find blinds to fit my large picture window. I love this window, it's gorgeous especially fall and winter and it has a nice little ledge I can sit on. Not quite a bay window, but similar. I am going out to eat three times tomorrow. I did not count on this lol. Two out of the three places are my regular places so I know exactly what I'm getting, the last is a Hawaiian place with who I have been seeing recently. The place has a website, so I googled it and checked out their menu and am confident I can find something, but just the idea of going out for every meal is absolutely exhausting.
Today has not been a good food day, so there isn't much to post about. Breakfast and lunch were both just premier shakes, and dinner will probably be the same, MAYBE a bar if I feel like it, but I'm not in the mood for sweets. Lots of coffee today.
QOTD: I love my wax warmer and oil diffuser. During the day the wax warmer is on, and at night I go to bed with lavender diffusing into my room.
Good evening everyone! My LTE wasn't working this morning so I couldn't post. I had a very productive day at work and then met my mom for a walk and a swim.
QOTD: The right music can really make my day better. I also love a great cup of coffee. My daughter is a world class snuggler, so that can make my day as well!

Had my VSG yesterday and they let me start clear liquids today and sent me home :) So, needless to say my meal plan is on the light side right now.
QOTD: It's the small animals and birds waking up in the morning I love seeing and hearing them, something peaceful about it for me.
