Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Sunday, 6/24/18

QOTD: When I have to go to work the next day I usually try to get my clothes clean and put away, meals planned and prep done, and if it's nice, get outside to do something even if it's just enjoying the back yard. Wait, who am I kidding? That's what I SHOULD be doing.

I usually do NOTHING on Sundays but dread that the weekend is nearly over and tomorrow's Monday. (I have two more Mondays before I have to return to work, so the dread isn't present right now.) I watch shows that we've recorded, or binge-watch Netflix or surf mindlessly on the computer. It was also historically a day that I would put myself in a carb-coma, eating anything and everything that caught my fancy. Now, I'll make a cup of tea and paint rocks. Trying to transfer the mindless and emotional munching to something creative and that doesn't include feeding my pie-hole.

Breakfast: Protein Shake

Lunch: Vanilla Premier Protein over 2 decaf espresso shots and a cup filled with ice.

Snack: Fage plain yogurt with peach/mango liquid protein added.

Dinner: White Chicken Chili, mashed cauliflower

Snack (if needed) SF popsicle

QOTD: it varies greatly for me. Most sundays are a get the stuff around the house done. For example today we finished mowing.

Breakfast: protein shake and decaf coffee later

lunch: 1.5 oz roast beef, 1/4 cup pico de Gallo, 1 tbs cheese

dinner will be... 2 oz chicken breast, a bit of zucchini in the air fryer.

snacks: yogurt, decaf coffee with sugar free creamer, sugar free jello mixed with sf pudding.
