First time overeating; 5.5 Months Out

I'm 5.5 months out and my omelet was delicious. I haven't been very hungry because I'm keto so I made myself eat dinner. My fiance made my food and he made me 3 eggs when I usually make myself 2. I kept making myself eat to get the protein and then after I asked and he told me how many eggs he used. The apex of my stomach hurts and I have a sharp pain in the middle of my back. Very small painful burps are frequent.

Will overeating like this once stretch my stomach?

Is there anything I can do to ease the pain? Would inducing vomiting help?

Overeating once will not stretch your stomach.

Making yourself vomit is a bad idea.

Walking might help. And waiting.

You could try to go outside and take a nice long walk that might help. It has helped me in the pass. Good luck

Overeating once won't stretch your stomach. Probably, overeating a bunch of times still won't stretch it. Stretching it isn't the issue. Overeating is. It is all about calories. Eat more than you need, and you won't lose weight. Eat less than you need and the weight will come off. It is that simple. Exercise helps, but it is ancillary.
