Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday, 6/11/2018
My big goal yesterday was to get my paper submitted by the midnight deadline. I submitted at 11:30pm. Not a good feeling and I hope to never cut it that close again! Thankfully it was a rough draft that was due, so it doesn't matter that it's mainly incoherent babble.
I've got a busy day today - I need to meal plan and grocery shop and then I need to do a PPTX for the bariatric conference I'm speaking at in two weeks. Hopefully that won't take too long, since I've got a load of other things on my to do list as well!
QOTD: What would be your first question after waking up from being cryogenically frozen for 100 years? (I'll answer in a comment.)
1: protein shake
2: leftover chicken thigh in butter chicken sauce
3: I don't know yet - I'll update after I meal plan!
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: yoga!
How about you? What's going on for you this Monday?

Good morning. A new week has begun! I was busy yesterday as well - cleaned out my closet, changed summer/winter clothes and threw away 2 trash bags of stuff, did all the laundry and set up one patio for summer.

L: salad with turkey breast
D: turkey kabobs

L/V: good
QOTD: I can't even imagine!
VSG on 04/28/2014
I love English muffins with peanut butter but rarely have them. Though they fill me up for a while I find that they kick my carb cravings into gear.

Good morning Gwen and menu crew. Look on the positive side Gwen, you met the deadline! It has been years since I had to submit a paper, but some of my best work was at the deadline/crunchtime!

I'm just grateful that it's only a rough draft that was due. Although, I'm sure "it's just a rough draft" did not help with the procrastination at all!!
LOL at Wayward Pines. I watched the show and then read the books over my winter break in 2017. :)

QOTD: I assume I'd ask the normal "where am I/when am I" questions first, but those aren't super exciting. I'd probably ask, "Did Trump bring about the apocalypse?"

You are a busy woman, Gwen! We had a good weekend getting to Aruba. DH needs to do some more adjusting though as he was struggling yesterday. Hopefully the 14 hours of sleep he just got will help.
