Like others have said, it's up to you and your behavior. I'm 4 years post-op, have lost 100+ pounds, and maintained for the last 2.5 years.
Your long-term success is contingent on permanently changing your lifestyle in many ways. If you're up for that, you'll change your life and benefit enormously.

GW = goal weight
CW = current weight (for the record, this morning I weighed 132.4)
BMI = body mass index (here's a BMI calculator)
M1, M2, M3, etc. = Post-op Month 1, Post-op Month 2, Post-op Month 3, etc.
