Made it Through - Make Room on the Bench!

Everything went great! I had a pretty large hiatal hernia which is now fixed. No problem drinking water or sucking on popsicles, but the jello was a little iffy.
Gas pains are annoying but tolerable. I have taken a few laps around the floor. I have only peed once, just 10 oz and much earlier. And I'm sippin a lot!
I haven not seen my nurse a whole lot...very busy and understaffed. That is the only less than ideal part of this experience so far.
Provided that everything is still good in the morning then I should be home by noon!

Great to hear that you are doing so well. Sounds like my experience (I also had a hiatal hernia repair). Congratulations!

Yay! I'm so happy for you! It sounds like you came through with flying colors. Laying in the bed was the worst part for me. I hated it
