I knew I was losing weight in my head thanks to weighing but I hadn't seen it really with my eyes. I looked at a photo from a few months ago and then of one taken this morning. By golly I saw the difference. The first photo I was drastically tilting the camera up to hide the fat. I tilted a bit out of habit this morning but not nearly as much. I'm able to wear bought necklaces rather just chains with a pendant.

Y'all....i've Got tears in my eyes. Even in a bit of a stall and this just gave me a shot in the arm!
