Regain update!

I am 8 years out and because of bad habits and a med change I gained most of my weight back. Last week I decided to check in and start my post surgery diet. No soda, giving a half hour between eating and drinking, 20-30 min of exercise a day, no gluten or sugar. In just a week I am down 5lbs! So glad I have the sleeve as a tool because it's been fairly easy.

Thank you for sharing. I haven't been on here in a while and I decided to come and get some motivation. I too am suffering from regain. I recently had a baby and trying to get back to pre-baby size has been a struggle. I do know I need to get back to the basics and it's been hard because I had gotten to a point where I could eat mostly what I wanted as long as I stuck to my exercise regime...I've yet to get back to that regime but still eat what I want. Thanks for posting. It's time for me to get my head back in the game!

I was able to eat whatever I wanted for years and still maintained my goal weight. Eventually that ended and I almost gained back my original weight. We were meant to maintain the habits associated with the surgery so that's what I'm doing. It works! Good luck to you!
