I get fat free or 2% for cottage cheese. I love cottage cheese. It's so versatile. In eggs it's delicious. It gives eggs a mild cheesy taste. I also mix sugar free jams or preserves into it and put it on toast.

I have NEVER had it in eggs. Who knew??

I just looked at my diet plan again...the only thing it says about dairy is "no 1%, 2% or full-fat dairy"

Fat free yogurt (no fruit) is allowed.

NOTHING about cottage cheese. I'm going to message my nutritionist and find out.

The jams and preserves mixed in sounds great. Definately going to try that one.
