I have wls support group tonight. Also my pastor is coming over to talk with me so I got my house cleaned.

Qotd purse and a water bottle if it's going to be a longer trip.

QUOD: As little as I can possibly get away with. One reason I love going out with DH is that I don't have to carry anything. (Don't own a cell phone- still have rotary dial land lines at home.) The only thing that will always be in my pocket is a cotton hankie.

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

Morning everyone! I have not gotten enough sleep the past few nights and it is catching up with me. Nick is taking the kids to a pool party tonight (on a school night - weird) so I'm looking forward to a quiet evening and an early bedtime (no, I'm not 90 years old haha).

Busy weekend doing Honey do list.. got to get a few marked off the list.

i always forget my shopping list, so now i have started putting the list in phone... sending myself a email.

My grocery list is a table set up by aisle for the store that i shop at most - left side is what's in the aisle and right is blank to fill in if i need it.

I have everything on my phone these days so I won't forget things. Grocery lists, other shopping lists, to do lists, reminders for vitamins, activities and appointments...
