Good Morning All - Start of the working week for me. Had a lovely weekend in the city with Hubby and Mum. Took her in to an apartment Fri & Sat night. We had a great time eating out and shopping then attended her old bosses 70th birthday at the yacht club on Saturday night. Ended yesterday with Yum Cha at a chinese restaurant. Nice way to spend a weekend.
QOTD: Basically moving in general but especially walking and stepping up and down off things at our farm due to my knee. It would just give way and at the end of the day I would be eating pain relief. I am thankful that since my weight loss I barely have pain and hope to put off the replacement for at least 10 years

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
