I still get hungry. Definitely real hunger. I usually eat lunch late and if I let it go to long I actually get hunger pangs.

In the beginning I had real intense hunger which I found out was over production of acid, so just keep in mind excessive hunger could be an acid problem.

I vary between A and B depending on the day. I've gotten better at recognizing Head hunger, but still battle it most days though I've developed a means of coping which mostly works. I eat small meals 5-6 times a day so I am never truly hungry. I always bring something healthy to eat with me if I'm going to be out and delaying a meal.

I am 19 days out and yes I feel hunger pangs post-op. I always have. The whole "you won't feel hunger" warning didn't happen for me. I wake up hungry. In fact, I am somewhere between A and B. Actually I feel my hunger cues/signals are more pronounced and has intensified. When I feel hunger it's extremely uncomfortable. This is all new. Prior to having this procedure, I would get busy and skip meals frequently without any issues. Now, when I feel hunger it's IMMEDIATE. Like I must have a protein drink with me all of the time Especially with consuming such low calories.

I'm only 17 days out and I have mostly head hunger. There are some times that I can tell it's real hunger because I get sick to my stomach even after drinking water. If I'm at work, it's mainly head hunger because I have a lot of down time. At home, I have to remind myself to eat most times. Sometimes at home, I am actually hungry.
