100 lbs lighter
I'm 6 mnths out and down 100lbs!!! 27lbs pre-op and 73lbs post op!!! I could not be happier with my weightloss. No complications besides a little hair loss (which is slowing down). I've been off my PPI several weeks now. No heartburn or other symptoms of GERD. My energy and health has improved tremendously. To any pre-op folks out there I highly recommend you do this for yourself, but keep in mind the surgery doesn't do it all. There is still a lot of discipline needed. This surgery is for the person who is ready and willing to put in the work!! This tool is wonderful, but a lot of bad food can still be tolerated. Will power is still needed. Due to my success, and for my birthday, Saturday I'll be eating crabs like a true Marylander!!! Have a great day everyone.

That's how you do it! It's a good ol' laid back social event! I'll miss the beer because crabs and beer go fabulous together, but 1 out of 2 isn't too bad. Thank you!
