My hair is growing back! Hooray
Its very short, but thick again -- I'm going to wear it like I mean it, as humidity and heat in NC has kicked in and wigs are dreadful.
So if you have hair loss, keep on with the protein, vitamins & biotin and it shall return!

Congrats! If you don't mind me asking, how much Biotin do you take? I have a huge concern about losing hair again and my surgery is in June so I'd like to get a start on things.

A hairdresser recommended fish oil over biotin. You will get biotin in a multivitamin.

Biotin does NOT prevent hair loss after surgery. We lose hair due to something called telogen effluvium, and neither supplements nor special shampoos can prevent it. Don't waste your money!

It's a great feeling! My hair was always thinner from lack of nutrition while SMO but it thinned out more after surgery. It's now getting thick and the color has even changed. From a light blonde to a sort of dusty blonde
Thank you for posting that perfectly lovely picture. Your obvious delight and joy jumped right off the screen. Thank you for sharing!
